Does the beast rule the whole world? The gospel will be preached on the all the earth?

As we see before, the beast that John saw was the Roman Empire and the harlot was the jerusalem 

of time of Jesus. 

But many people thinks that the beast can’t be Rome because the revelation book says that the beast 

dominate the whole world. The same way, the prostitute contaminate the whole world. 

“And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world 
wondered after the beast” 

 Apocalipse 13:3 

“With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants 
of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication”  

Apocalipse 17:2 

“And on her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, 
THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH”.  

Apocalipse 17:5 

This expression (all the world/whole world/all the earth) in Greek does not appeal to the whole planet, 

but to the whole world known at the time. As we can see in the onw bible: 

“Therefore thus said the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from 
the prophets of  Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land” 

Jeremias 23:15 

When the prophets of Jerusalem profaneness whole the planet? Never. 
Because the world in this text is “Aretz” in hebrew thats means land. 

לְכָל־ הָאָֽרֶץ  (Lehol aretz) whole the land 

In the new testament is the same thing. he use some worlds that not means the whole planet. 
I made a table to you see the prophecy, the fulfillmente and the Greek term:

And he said to them, Go you into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.  Mark 16:15	Pasé Kitsei  πάσῃ κτίσει  All creature	If you continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which you have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;  Colossians 1:23
Go you therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:  Mathew 28:19	Panta tá ethné  πάντα τὰ ἔθνη  All the nations	But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:  Romans 16:26
But you shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come on you: and you shall be witnesses to me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and to the uttermost part of the earth.  Acts 1:8	Pasan tén gén  πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν  All the earth	But I say, Have they not heard? See? The gospel has been preached already on the whole word.  I made a picture too:
